Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. Contact with Decor Innovation must be made no later than 7 days from the time the item is delivered and all returns must be authorized. You can do so by emailing us and we will issue a Return Authorization. Packages without an authorized RA# will not be accepted. Original shipping cost is not refundable. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.

Love these curtains

I purchased two burgundy tieup shades for my daughter's room. I hesitated whether to buy these drapes because I never purchased drapes online, but now i think it was a great choice. They are extremely soft and elegant and they really block out the light. I also purchased blackout curtains from different store and I am going to return those and buy few more tieup shades! Great quality, fast shipping, and great customer service. Thank you!
