You can do so by emailing us and we will issue a Return Authorization. Packages without an authorized RA# will not be accepted. Original shipping cost is not refundable. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.
