Upon arrival at the DECOR INNOVATION warehouse all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error. If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 7 days of delivery we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
If the item has been opened or shows signs of use you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges of both original shipping and return fees. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.
You can return most new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. Contact with Decor Innovation must be made no later than 7 days from the time the item is delivered and all returns must be authorized. You can do so by emailing us and we will issue a Return Authorization. Packages without an authorized RA# will not be accepted. Original shipping cost is not refundable. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.
