We only use PayPal Credit Service for all payment transactions. Customers shop on our site and click the payment button. Then pay on secure PayPal pages and return to our site after payment. -Pay by PayPal or Google checkout. Clients can pay with their credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) ?all without having a PayPal account.   SHIPPING Q How are shipping and processing surcharges calculated?     A Decorinnovation offers simple, flat-rate shipping of £5.39.   Q How long does it take to ship the packages?     A We ship most in-stock merchandise within 1-3 business days of receiving your order!. Oil paintings need to customize the frames, which it takes up to 5 business days.   TRACKING Q Do you provide the tracking information for the packages?     A Yes, we do. Once the payment is received, it will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. When the item leaves our warehouse, an automatic email will be sent with the order information and the tracking number.   Q Will I receive an order confirmation via email?     A Yes. If you provide your email address when placing an order, we will send you a message confirming your order within 24 hours.   Q Why do I need to join the Mailing List?     A When you sign up for our mailing list, we save your information and ONLY use it to inform you of new arrivals, sales promotions and product information.   Q Colors:     A Decor Innovation makes every effort to accurately replicate the colors of your photos and background requests in our oil paintings. However, due to the artistic nature of our hand painted portraits slight color variations may. Likewise, Decor Innovation does its best to accurately display the colors of paintings and frames on our website and in proof images emailed to customers. However, actual colors may vary depending upon the settings and monitor of your computer. Hence Decor Innovation cannot guarantee color correctness of paintings and frames.
